From the very beginning, we have always given a portion of our
sales to organizations that Encourage Growth for Women &
Girls locally, nationally and globally. That was before the
White House Council for Women & Girls was established, and
before most organizations were even talking about women and
girls in the same breath.
Since then our contributions have assisted women in need of
wigs due to chemotherapy through the Hair Theater Fund;
contributed to grants for organizations benefitting women &
girls through the Women's Fund of Central Ohio;
and sponsored an Albanian mother of five in war-torn Kosovo
through Women for Women International.
In April, 2011 we formally established our growing philanthropic
efforts through a relationship with The Columbus Foundation.
Through our partnership with this charitable-giving powerhouse,
our grants to not-for profit organizations will be managed based
on parameters we define through the Thrive Theory Foundation.
This is an exciting step for all of us, so watch for more information
in 2012 when we can share more details!
